Our staff is fully vaccinated and Our Mission is to be available and responsive to those in our community who need us during this difficult time. To accomplish this, we must ask for your help to do so, so that we may remain healthy and also not adversely affect the families that we come in contact with. If a household member has been sick with a fever or respiratory illness within the past 10 days we unfortunately cannot make an appointment to come to your home so as to limit the doctor’s potential environmental contact with virus.

If your situation changes after you have made an appointment, and someone in the household develops a fever or respiratory symptoms, please call as soon as possible so we can cancel your appointment.

Considerations during the appointment, some of which unfortunately are far different than how we typically conduct our  service:

• Please adhere to at least 6 feet physical distance, and wear a mask, inside and outside, for your protection and ours.  Our doctors will do the same.
• Our goal is to minimize any exposure to our doctor and to your family – please limit the number of family members present to 1 or 2 if possible.
• We provide this service and to keep doctors and other families healthy. 
• Dr. Dave is fully vaccinated.
